Budapest built a place on the exciting green belt property next to The Bikas Park, where you don't have to compromise, everything is at your fingertips. We would like to make our residents to discover what it does mean to live a quality life in Budapest. In the building 30 apartments have been built in the building, and there are four levels with two separated staircases, that is why the building is divided into two large parts: staircase A and staircase B. Within each staircase, on each floor, there are three independent apartments which have generally three or four rooms, the area of one apartment is estimated 67—85 m2. When we planned these apartments, we kept in mind to express and improve the function of the apartment itself, to make them easily furnished, and convenient and joyful to live in. The underground parking lot provides the opportunity of car parking.
- The outer walls of the building are built of Porotherm 30 N+F bricks and 10 cm thick thermal insulation made of polystyrene with graphite additive.
- The windows of the apartments and the terrace doors are equipped with three-layered heat-proof glasses, which are in a white color inside and grey seen from outside. Regarding the windows, the minimal expectation raised towards the thermal transmittance: uW=1,15 W/m2
- The entrance door of all the apartments have a steel frame with straps preventing and helping to avoid to simply lift and put out the door from its particular place in case of robbery. Moreover the door locks at least at five latching point security lock cylinder, which are drill-proof and break-proof.
- The garage entrance door is automatic, it can be operated either by remote control or the electric switch which is situated in the inner side of the staicases. The door itself is operated by engine, thermally insulated, NCS S7500-N type grey steel sheet door.
- We do not plan to install any gas-operated machine into the building, that is why gas tube will not be installed either.
- In order to meet the expectations raised towards the heating, we planned a hybrid heating system which merges district-heating with air-water heat pumping system. Five NIBE F2040-16 air-water heat pump will be installed, the total nominal heating power of the heat pumps Qn(-13C)=kW with 38/33°C secondary sided heating water. 80% of the required heating energy will be provided by the heat pumps, the remaining amount will be provided by district-heating.
